For the last 25+ years I have worked as in leadership positions internationally on both sides of the Atlantic, which gave me the privilege to develop a high level of cross-cultural competence.  This combined with my ability to always see not only the big picture, but also the essential details allow me to build bridges.  I enjoy to succeed in helping people agreeing on common objectives.

 

I love to work strategically and to actively orchestrate change. The petfood industry has always been my focus.

 

During my spare time my family, our family beekeeping operation, garden & nature, good food, cycling and Italy come first – exactly in this order.
