We are seeking, on an exclusive basis in Germany, a dynamic sales professional for a globally oriented company in the feed additive sector to handle B2B sales to clients in the feed industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities. We are looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with sales assertiveness and can effectively translate complex products into tangible customer benefits.
Role and Responsibilities:
- You will manage and develop existing customer relationships in the animal feed industry.
- You will identify new market opportunities and acquire new customers.
- You will market sophisticated feed additives and functional ingredients that require detailed explanation.
- You will manage the sales process from needs assessment through consultation to closing the deal.
- You will work closely with Product Management, Application Technology, and Marketing within the company.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of products that require detailed explanation
- Industry knowledge in animal feed, animal nutrition, or feed additives
- Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong negotiation skills, a track record of closing deals, and a professional demeanor
- Work from home in Northern Germany
- Excellent German and English skills
