The company is one of the leading suppliers in the European market and has been growing at a double-digit rate for years. To support their dynamic product development team, we are seeking a quality-driven, communicative personality with a passion for pet nutrition and innovation.
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the existing product portfolio and development of new recipes from concept to market launch
Consulting with international clients on nutritional and formulation topics
Identification of market trends and development of new product ideas
Cross-functional collaboration with sales, purchasing, QA, and production
Ensuring regulatory compliance and reviewing product specifications
Requirements and Qualifications:
Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for developing new solutions, questioning the status quo, and rethinking established practices
Passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
3+ years of experience in food or pet food product development
Degree in agricultural sciences, food technology, animal nutrition, or similar
Structured, independent working style and strong team orientation
Excellent command of German and English
