Our client is an internationally active company operating in Animal Nutrition, Animal Health and Specialty Ingredients. To further develop its international trading activities, we are looking for an experienced Commodity Trader with strong commercial expertise and an established market network.
Role and Responsibilities:
You trade vitamins, amino acids, colorants and carnitine internationally.
You manage volumes, margins, pricing, delivery dates and contract terms.
You develop distributors, traders, customers and new sources of supply.
You identify opportunities based on market, supply and price developments
You negotiate commercial terms with customers and suppliers.
You coordinate contracts through execution with Logistics and Supply Chain.
Your Profile:
Several years of experience in international commodity trading
Proven expertise in price- and volume-driven trading environments
Established network within relevant international commodity markets
Strong understanding of pricing, supply, demand and margin management
Confident track record in price and contract negotiations
Commercially driven trader profile with a strong focus on results
Fluent English with strong negotiation skills.
