- You will lead, support, and develop the management team with a modern understanding of leadership.
- You will represent the company to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Several years of management experience in agriculture, trade, or cooperative economics
- Strong business expertise and mindset
- Ability to manage change processes and ensure sustainable value creation
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and confident manner at all management levels
- Identification with the structures and challenges of the agricultural environment
