Role and Responsibilities:
- You will manage a team of specialist consultants, providing them with technical and organizational support.
- You will plan and organize regional customer events, trade fairs, and PR activities.
- You will be responsible for personnel planning, training new colleagues, and designing internal training courses.
- You will manage key accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and expand networks in the region.
- You will be involved in quality and complaint management and promote smooth processes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or technical sales in animal nutrition
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer focus, and confident communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of modern dairy cattle and calf husbandry
- Agricultural degree or comparable education.
- Understanding of production processes; experience in quality/complaint management is an advantage
