Role and Responsibilities:
- Production Manager (m/f/d)
- Junior Production Manager (m/f/d)
- Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
Your role:
- You will be responsible for personnel and production.
- You will manage continuous improvement processes (CIP).
- You will ensure compliance with animal welfare and occupational safety standards.
- You will report to the management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Skills, experience, and interest in poultry farming
- Practical experience from poultry farms is an advantage
- Agricultural training/degree or comparable qualification
- Team player qualities and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel for work
- Applications from career starters with poultry expertise, potential, and drive are welcome
