Role and Responsibilities:
You will drive sales activities within various European countries
You will develop country-specific marketing strategies - from market analysis to definition of the product range with relevant customers
You will visit trade fairs and outlets
You will train sales and distribution teams
You will initiate and spearhead new products
Requirements and Qualifications:
Several years of sales experience, ideally in the gardening industry
Degree in horticulture or similar or business/economics
Acting courageously and responsibly to achieve goals
Strong communicative, collaborative and negotiating skills
Fluent in English & German
Experienced in using MS Office products
Open to frequent travel
