Role and Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for production at the site and systematically develop structures, processes, and capacities.
You shape the manufacturing strategy within the framework of annual, investment, and resource planning.
You lead a dedicated team and foster performance, safety, and collaboration.
You initiate and implement efficiency and lean projects with measurable success.
You operate within an international corporate structure and benefit from attractive employment conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
10+ years of leadership experience in production (>100 employees), ideally in the (pet) food or feed industry.
Proven success in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
Strong understanding and sensitivity for quality, combined with technical and commercial thinking.
Acts confidently within an international corporate environment and promotes team development.
A hands-on, decisive, and communicative personality with fluency in both German and English.
