As the company's first senior executive in Europe, you will shape its market entry strategy, establish the commercial organization and lay the foundation for long-term success. Role and Responsibilities:
You develop and execute the company's European market entry strategy in close collaboration with the international executive leadership team.
You develop the future European commercial and organizational structure, creating the foundation for sustainable long-term growth.
You develop strategic customer relationships and a strong network of business partners and industry stakeholders while representing the company across the European market.
Your Profile:
Several years of senior leadership experience in international business development within pet food, animal health or animal nutrition.
An entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic vision and a proven ability to execute.
Experience in developing OEM/ODM and private label business with European retailers and brand owners.
An established industry network together with a strong understanding of European market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent intercultural communication skills, fluent English and a willingness to travel extensively.
